Grilling the Chefs: What They Use for Backyard BBQs

Equipment: A 10-year-old Kingsford combination charcoal smoker and gas grill
Creative Uses: He likes to cook whole fish, rabbits and suckling pigs in the smoker, but also likes to smoke salted, skin-on root vegetables wrapped tightly in foil.
Hot Tips: “You can gas grill many things, like your vegetables on one side and have your pork belly, shoulders and/or ribs cooking in a smoker in the next — all with have the convenience of it being contained by one unit. The housing keeps all the flavors sealed in to make the best and most juicy BBQ."
